El hotel está situado cerca de la estación de tren de Shixia y es fácil llegar a la estación de Futian. La habitación está limpia y la ubicación es muy conveniente. El desayuno también fue genial. Altamente recomendado para todos los que vengan a Shenzhen por unos días.

Clean rooms. Near to subway. Lots of restaurants around the hotel. There is even a massage place at the basement of the hotel. Good stay! There is always room for improvement.

I recently stayed at Shenzhen 荟语酒店 (Eeril Hotel Futian Shenzhen) for six nights and had an exceptional experience. Upon check-in on March 1st, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room equipped with smart facilities, allowing me to control room lighting, curtains, and even the smart device with music controls. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby always had tasty Chinese treats available. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from 皇岗 station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, there are many top-rated restaurants and famous local foods nearby. My wife, 8-year-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities. I particularly liked the complimentary laundry service, even though guests need to wash their own clothes, it was still a valuable offering. Another standout feature was the robot delivery service for **food delivery, which made ordering food to our room incredibly convenient. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to allocate separate floors for smoking and non-smoking guests to ensure a more pleasant stay for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Shenzhen 荟语酒店 for its excellent service, convenient location, and modern amenities. We loved our stay and would gladly return in the future.

Very good on every detail in lobby and room design. And with many choice of shopping, message, traveling vehicles and restaurant all around. Front desk helped to call a Korean restaurant since I wanted to make sure the restaurant stii in opening. Finally I saved my time because the restaurant was in a break time during afternoon. The breakfast restaurant provided not only Western but also Chinese choice which maked me superise. The eating area is big and makes us all comfortable.

The location is very convenient. Easy to catch taxi and only 3 mins walk to metro. Close to shopping mall with many restaurants to pick. Room was clean and comfortable.
